Max Viehauser
agent-based modelling
Technical University of Vienna
Max is a Data Scientist at dwh GmbH with a background in deep learning and agent-based simulation models. His work focuses on simulation models of the Austrian railway network and the further development of the GEPOC population model.
He studied in Berlin, Tokyo, and Vienna, where he completed an MSc in Data Science at TU Vienna, specializing in the analysis of train delays using Graph Neural Networks.
During his studies, he worked at Lingvano, a platform for learning sign language, and completed a research internship at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, where he conducted computational simulations of Savonius wind turbines.
He received scholarships from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, JASSO (Japan), and DAAD RISE.
